While your MoxiWebsite is an incredibly versatile tool to introduce your listings to a client, sometimes a listing is not displayed on your website. In those cases, we have some easy troubleshooting steps to take.
Check Your MLS ID
Check to see if your MLS is connected properly to your MLS. Ensuring your ID is correctly entered will ensure all listings are displayed. If you need to know how to connect your MLS ID, this article can assist.
Commercial Listings
If the missing listing is one for a commercial property, please note that MoxiWorks does not receive data for commercial listings. These listings can be added manually into your listings. This article shows you how to add commercial and other types of listings.
Ensure You Have the Right Properties List
It might be that your property isn’t part of the property list that is being shown on your website. For example, the filter you have for your property does not include the criteria for your active listing, it would not show. This article can help you with your property lists. It might be worth checking your active property list in your roster. You can see how to access your Active Listings via this article.
Refresh the Property List
If you are still not seeing the listings in the Property List after following the steps above, refresh the Property List feed to attempt to pull in the missing listings. Here’s how to do it.
On your Website Admin screen, select Property Lists. In the Property Lists, under Featured Properties, select Edit.
On the Featured Properties list, select Refresh Feeds.
