When working in Campaigns, you may want to add additional emails or remove emails from the campaign list to personalize what is being sent to your clients. It's easy to make adjustments to your campaign to adjust the schedule and/or include all the emails you want!
Campaigns are a collection of emails. You may want to think of them as a folder that holds all the emails that will be sent on a specific date or sequence desired. You can customize any Campaign that is editable. Some Campaigns in your library may be marked as Build-Your-Own, or not contain any emails allowing you to begin from scratch. If you don't see a blank Campaign in your library and would like to have one, please ask your brokerage to add a blank Campaign to the library for you to use.

When you edit a Campaign schedule at all, it breaks the sync between the source that may continuously add more emails to the lineup. For example, suppose you are adding a custom email to a monthly newsletter campaign. In that case, if your brokerage marketing team publishes a new email after you break the sync, your subscribers will NOT automatically receive the newest content.
You can edit the contents of an existing email within a campaign without having it break the sync. Go into the email under the Emails heading and make your changes. The email in the campaign will be updated.
Your brokerage may not allow agent accounts to edit campaigns. If you cannot edit a campaign but would like to, please reach out to your brokerage directly.

Getting Ready to Customize a Campaign
To customize an existing campaign start at your Campaign home page:
1. Click Add From Library in the top right of the Campaigns home.
2. Choose the campaign you would like to customize by using Add To Campaigns.
NOTE: Use Preview to look at the campaign before selecting to add it. Not all campaigns are editable. Un-editable campaigns have an orange Not Editable icon.
3. Click Close after adding the campaign.
4. Open the Awaiting Set Up section.
5. Click on the campaign you want to customize.
6. Click Edit schedule to see a list of all the emails in the campaign.
Making Changes
When editing a campaign you can:
- Change the Send Date of each email in the campaign
- View each email in the campaign
- Remove any email from the campaign
- Add an email to the campaign with Add Email
- Change the name of the campaign with Edit Name
Update Send Date
To update the send date of an email within a campaign:
- Click the calendar icon in the Send Date field for the email you want to change.
- Select a new date.
- Click Save to finish making changes to the campaign.
View an Email
To view an email within a campaign:
- Click the View button next to the email you would like to preview.
- Look at the preview of the email in the pop-up.
- Close the pop-up view of the email.
Remove an Email
To remove an email from a campaign:
- Click the Remove button next to the email you want to remove.
- Note that the email is removed immediately.
- Please be sure you want to remove the email before clicking remove.
- Click Save to finish making changes to the campaign.
Add an Email
To add an email to a campaign:
- Click Add Email at the bottom of the list of emails. A row is added to the list of emails in the campaign.
- Choose either Blank email or an existing email from the Email title dropdown.
- Select a date for the email to send.
- Click Save to finish making changes to the campaign.
Edit Campaign Name
To edit the campaign name:
- Scroll to the top of the page.
- Click Edit Name under the current name of the campaign.
- Change the name to what you want.
- Click the Save button under the textbox.
