The Sub Navigation bar at the top of the page lets you jump to whichever page you need, email anyone in your sphere, add people, find people, and access preferences for MoxiEngage from wherever you are in MoxiEngage.
Agent: Identifies the current dashboard mode.
If you have additional permissions like Manager or Team access, you will also have a drop-down menu here to access those areas.
Dashboard: Your main source of information. Find who to connect with each day, your current activity, calendar events, tasks, and how close you are to achieving your goal!
People: Drop-down menu showing options for connecting with your people
Overview: Select this option to view Recommended Actions, Recently Viewed contacts, and see your Sales Flow
My People: Select this option to view and manage your full list of all contacts in your sphere
Add People: Easily add a new person to your sphere
Calendar: View all events including Sales Flow tasks, events you schedule, and any special dates that have been added.
Goals: See whare you are in reaching your goal, making any adjuments, and view your goal potential
Campaigns: For those brokerages that have elected to include Campaigns, access your emails, current campaigns, those awaiting set-up, and view analytics of any current campaigns
Find People: Search for contacts from any screen
Gear Icon: This is your settings button and will show you only the options available to for the screen you are on (example: Goals screen will display option to change your GCI Goal and Commission default. The People screen will display option to upload/import Contacts)
Envelope Icon: Send an email from MoxiEngage to any person or group in your sphere
Sticky Side Bar: This bar represents all modules on the Dashboard and can be used to navigate to any module from anywhere on the page. You can also use the Arrow Icons to adjust the order in which the modules display by dragging and dropping where you choose (see below).
Stay In Flow
This module shows you contacts who you may not have connected with in a while and helps you to stay in contact with them. You can adjust the settings using the Gear Icon to choose your perfect reminder cadence (see below).

Contact Interactions
Shows what interactions your contacts have had with collateral you have sent. These include:
- Presentation Open
- Email / E-blast Open
- Neighborhood News open
- Listing alert open
Each interaction is clickable, allowing you to access the contact record for the client who made the interaction.
To-do List
Displays both transaction tasks and any additional tasks you would like to include to keep yourself on track. You can add To-do List tasks from the dashboard or you can add transaction tasks as needed (see below).

Calendar
Displays your daily calendar tasks. Select View to navigate to your full Calendar (see below).
Sales Flow
Displays your current Sales Flow as well as contact and transaction count. Select any of the sections to navigate to that group in the My People screen (see below).

Goals Completion
Displays the current year's GCI goal. Select View to navigate to the Goals page. You can also choose if you want to display the GCI dollars using the Gear Icon (see below).

My Listings
Displays all current and sold listings associated with your account. Select a listing to view in Listing Manager or select View to see all listings in your Listing Manager (see below).

Adding Tasks to Your To-do List Dashboard Module
