Sending one-off emails to contacts

The MoxiEngage CRM is centered around the sphere selling methodology because an agent’s sphere is what makes your business world go round. It leverages property data, encourages long-term lead nurturing, drives repeat and referral business, and keeps you on track to reach your sales goals. 

MoxiEngage is integrated with your email meaning your entire sphere is in one place, where you already communicate with your people! No need to maintain multiple databases to stay in  flow!

You can also communicate directly with your people while working from Engage and not have to jump over to your email to send them a message.  Because of the connection with your email, the message will be sent from your email account and can be found in your sent folder!

Viewing Your Email in the Contact Activity Record

Emailing from Any Screen in MoxiEngage

Log in to MoxiWorks and select Engage from the navigation bar

From any screen in MoxiEngage select the Email Icon in the upper right

This will open the email editor

Enter your person's name, or the group name, this email will go to; the subject line for your email; enter the body of the email; attach any files, and then select Send

Emailing a Contact from their Profile

Log in to MoxiWorks and select Engage from the navigation bar

To locate a person in Engage you can search for their name in the Find People search box

Or select People from the top navigation menu and choose My People from the drop-down

If using the Find People search box, type in your person's name and select their name from the options

If using the My People screen, search for their name in the top search box, or use the filters to narrow your results.  Then select your person by clicking on their name.

This brings you to the Profile Page for the selected person (see below).

Select Profile on the left side of the screen

Then select the Mail icon next to the address you wish to send an email to

Enter your message then select Send to send your email (see below).

Emailing a Contact from a Transaction

Log in to MoxiWorks and select Engage from the navigation bar

To locate an existing transaction, select Sales Flow from your navigation buttons on the Dashboard

Then select the zone where your transaction is located

This will filter your My People screen and show you only those people included in transactions in that zone of the Sales Flow (Learn more about the Sales Flow HERE)

Select your person and then choose the transaction you want to communicate with them about

note.jpg  Note: If they have more than one transaction happening with you, all will be listed on the left side of their profile.

Then select Details and scroll down to select the Email button next to Associated People

note.jpgNote: If more than one person is associated to this transaction, they will be listed in the CC field of the email

Viewing Your Email in the Contact Activity Record

A record of your email to your contact will appear in the contact's Activity area, but only if the contact received and opened the email.  If the email is unopened, the contact record will not display a record of the email.

You will also see a record of your email to your contact in the Activity panel on the Dashboard.  This will display if your contact has received the email and opened the email. It will not display if they have not opened the email. The record will remain on the Activity panel on the Dashboard for the length of time set for this panel - Learn more here >>
