Campaigns are a great way for agents to keep in touch with their people! As a Parent company, Brokerage, or Office, you can create campaigns to provide agents a variety of options to connect with their sphere of influence throughout the year. Campaigns can be set to go on a specific date of the year, triggered by an event, or be a single blast email that needs to be emailed in bulk.
Before you can build your campaigns, you'll need emails to populate them. Learn how to create the emails over at either of these two help articles:

Create a Campaign - All Types
- From any screen in MoxiWorks, select your agent drop-down in the top right corner.
- Then select Create New Campaign.
- Now we can Setup our Campaign! But first, we need to select the type of campaign.
Specific Date: Each email in this campaign will be delivered on a specific day of the year. Use this campaign type for holidays, company events, newsletters, or quarterly updates (i.e. July 4th or Dec 25th)
Sequential: Send a series of emails on a regular basis (example: Send emails on day 1, 7, 14, and 21). This type of campaign can be run manually or triggered by an event within MoxiEngage like a new buyer added to the Prospect zone of the Sales Flow.
E-blast: Send single touchpoint campaigns. No cadence or date is applied to these types of campaigns. They will send immediately once the agent selects the Run Campaign button.
+ Add Email: Select the emails that will be included in your campaign!
Create a Specific Dates Campaign
- Select your email from the drop-down menu
- Then add your date for this email to be sent.
NOTE: Repeat 4-5 until you have all the emails you want to be included in your campaign. - Select Next: Preview.
- Now let's finalize your campaign
Title: Give your campaign a title that's easy to spot in the agent library
Description: Let users know what this campaign is all about!
Permissions: Select which brokerages or offices should receive (include) or not receive (exclude) this campaign.
Allow agents to edit: Uncheck this box only if you do not want agents to edit this campaign.
Preview: Select the preview button to see each email in order.
Publish to Agent or Save as Draft: Select Publish to Agent to add this campaign into the library right away. Or Save as Draft to come back and make additional changes later.
NOTE: If you are in a Brokerage campaign content admin account, publishing your campaign will also make it available in the campaign content admin for an office account. The office campaign content admin can add/remove emails and change send days but cannot change the campaign type.
Create a Sequential Campaign
- Select a trigger. Sequential Campaigns can be triggered by an event from a new prospect to a transaction closing. Select which, if any, trigger will kick off this campaign for a contact.
- Then select your email from the drop-down menu.
- Add the day after the start of the campaign the email should be sent.
NOTE: Repeat 2-3 until you have all the emails you want to be included in your campaign. - When you are finished adding your emails, select Next: Preview.
- Now let's finalize your campaign

Create an E-Blast Campaign
An E-Blast campaign sends just one email using the bulk mailing system of campaigns. Not only do you get all of the benefits of sending to a larger amount of contacts than you could from an email mailbox; you can also see open rates, clicks, and other tracking options.
- Select your Campaign type and then select your email from the drop-down menu
- Select Next: Preview
- Now let's finalize your campaign
