If the pencil icon to edit your previously created presentation is suddenly greyed out, it is likely an MLS issue.
If the presentation says " MLS not available ", this could mean:
- Your MLS ID and the association used to create this presentation is no longer linked to your account.
- The presentation was assigned to you by another user using a listing source you do not have added to your MLS associations.
How can you fix this?
If your brokerage manages your MLS ID information directly on MoxiWorks refer to this tutorial: Managing your MLS Associations
If you are a part of a Realogy brokerage, edit the information in your profile in the external feed. Your changes sync to MoxiWorks within 24 hours. We recommend reaching out to your office admin for assistance with editing the feed.
