After looking up a user's account, use the links at the top of the page to quickly skip down to a particular section of the page:

After making any changes, click any of the Update buttons on the page to save your changes.  

Note: For many autologin accounts, the profile information is updated with data from your system each time the user logs in to our system.  Any changes to you make to profile fields would be overwritten the next time the user logs in.  If you are unsure about the behavior of profile fields for your users, please submit a request and we will let you know the specifics for your users.

Some fields are greyed-out and not editable.  To make changes to fields that are greyed-out, please submit a request to us for the changes.
