While logged in, click on Profiles in the column on the left:

The link brings you to the profile search page:

You get the best results by searching for one field at a time. The system looks for an account which contains exact matches for each of the fields you use.  

For example, if you use the correct email address in the email address field, but you make a typo in the last name field, no accounts will be found due to the typo in the last name field.

Email is the best field to search on since email addresses are unique. 

The next best field to search on is the Autologin ID field. The Autologin ID is the user's unique ID on your system, and it is the unique key used during autologin. Find the  Autologin ID field by clicking Toggle Advanced Search:

You can use partial strings to search as well.  For example, to find all accounts with an email address in the "mapletreeproperties.com" domain, you can search the email address field for "mapletree".

This will return all accounts with the string "mapletree" in the email address field:

Click on an email address in the results list to view the details of that account.
