There are two ways to edit your contacts in MoxiEngage. The first is directly within MoxiEngage. The changes will sync to your connected Exchange account. The second is to change your contact record in Exchange directly. Once you make your changes, it will sync to MoxiEngage and change the record in the program. Here’s how to change a contact record in Microsoft Exchange.
Your Microsoft Exchange account is accessible via an Outlook account. Once you have logged into your Outlook online account, select the nine-dot icon on the top left corner of the screen. You will need to find and select your People app. If it is not showing under Apps, select Explore all your Apps and find your People app.

Editing Your Contacts
The People menu appears.
Choose a contact in the center column. The record will open to the right of the contact list. Select the Edit contact button to open the editing screen.
Make your changes to the contact record and press the Save button.
Adding Contacts to a Category
Within your People app, you can create categories to place your contacts in. These categories translate into groups within your Engage account. Here’s how to create a category.
Choose a contact within your People app. Select Add category under Categories.
If your category has been created, select that category. If the category does not exist, select the New category item.
Selecting an existing category adds the contact to that category. Selecting New category brings up a dialogue box asking you to create the new category and choose a color for the category. Type in a name for the category, choose a color, and select the Save button.
This category will be available for any other contacts to be added to and will translate into your MoxiEngage as a group.
