What to expect when requesting a password reset
If you’re unable to successfully reset your password through the “forgot password” button on your login page, please refer to the information/steps below:
- Reach out to support via chat or ticket submission and request a password reset
- Support will reach out to provide the following information:
- Login URL: this is where you’ll login to your account
- Link to view your temporary password on One Time Secret: once you click on the One Time Secret link, you’ll be able to view your temporary password which you can use to login to your account.
- Once you’re successfully logged into your account, change your password by following the steps outlined in this article: How do I change my MoxiWorks password?
Reminders about the One Time Secret link:
- This link will expire after one day – if you inquire about a password reset, keep a close eye on your inbox to ensure that you receive and open the link before it expires.
- Only the intended recipient should open the One Time Secret link since it can only be opened once.
