On the sales flow, you may want to customize the tasks that surface for all of your contacts. Follow the steps below to customize your tasks.
Note: these changes will only apply to future plans that you add your clients to. For example, if you have a client in the buyer plan and make the changes below to change the tasks within the buyer plan, the changes will not apply to this client. Any client you add to the buyer plan after customizing it will show these changes.
- Select the gear icon in the upper right corner of Engage and select Engage Settings.
- Select Task Manager.
- Select the Customize button (see below).
- Select which part of the plan you would like to edit.
- This only applies to Buyer or Seller Plans.
- This only applies to Buyer or Seller Plans.
- Select which task you would like to edit.
- The due dates begin counting the moment you move your person to each section of the sales flow. (I.e. when I move Jillian to the Prospects part of the sales flow, the task “Schedule a meet and greet” will be due 7 days later).
- Select the arrow next to the date.
- Select the amount of days you would like to this task to take.
- You can also delete a task by using the red “X” on the right of the tasks.
