After setting up your MoxiEngage account for the first time, you may want to change the email with which your account is synced.
To change your MoxiWorks Sync email to a different email address, MoxiWorks Support needs to delete your existing MoxiEngage account. This means that any MoxiEngage-exclusive data will be deleted with no way to recover it. The data we will delete includes:
- Running campaigns
- Neighborhood News & other subscriptions for your contacts
- Categorization of contacts (i.e. as a buyer or seller)
- Non-MLS transactions
- Any information that is not synced to your email
If you still want to change your sync email, knowing that it will require deleting your current MoxiEngage account, contact MoxiWorks Support.
Contact MoxiWorks Support by using the chat feature in the bottom right of any MoxiWorks page. The Support representative will confirm you want to delete your current MoxiEngage. With that confirmation, they will reset your MoxiWorks account.
Now that your MoxiWorks account has been reset, begin the MoxiEngage setup steps using your new Sync Email address. Your email address still needs to be approved by your brokerage.
