Getting Started with MoxiWorks - Content Creators & Admins

In MoxiWorks, anyone with user permissions elevated above a general user may be called on to create content, make adjustments to someone's account, or answer general questions about MoxiWorks.

If you have Office Admin permission, you can see your office roster, add or deactivate users, and create teams as needed.

If you have Company Marketing permissions, you can see your company roster but not make any changes to it. You can create content such as custom pages for MoxiPresent or custom Campaigns agents can use to send to their clients. You can also manage the MoxiHub for any Intranet information and design as well as create and share web pages from the brokerage websites.

If you have Company permissions, you can do everything for everyone in your brokerage.

Choose where you would like to begin from the list below by selecting where you are most interested in focusing.

Are you consistently being asked to sign in to an agent account to help create a CMA or walk them through setting up a portion of their accounts?
Does our brokerage or office have teams that you need to assist?
Are you responsible for maintaining the list of active users and who has access to any given product within MoxiWorks?

Find all the information you need to tackle these items and more inside My Account. Not only can you confirm your own account settings, but you can manage and maintain the entire office or brokerage roster as well. Team of two? Team of twenty? All leaders? Create as many teams as needed no matter their dynamic or makeup. And keep track of who is able to use which products in their MoxiWorks accounts. Did your brokerage just purchase MoxiTalent? Assign the licenses to all the appropriate people right from your My Account. You can also request access to any user account allowing you the ability to sign in as them and complete any task without needing their password and all with their permission.

Campaign Content Admin in MoxiEngage lets you create email campaigns agents can send to their sphere either on specific dates of the year, like holidays or monthly/quarterly newsletters, or in a sequence like weekly, monthly, or a sequence that makes sense for the campaign.

You can create custom page templates to share with agents and share live web pages with MoxiWebsites.

MoxiHub allows you to build a brokerage Intranet that provides a centralized location for everyone to find those important resources. From a company training calendar to easy access to the local MLS board, the MoxiHub can be structured in a way that makes sense for your needs.

With MoxiImpress you can impersonate an agent to help them create marketing materials and send them out to their sphere or send them to the printer!
