General FAQ
Why am I missing Brokerage Presentations in my account?
Brokerage Presentations are added by people with higher level permissions (Office admins, Managers, etc.). If you do not see any Brokerage Presentations in your account, please contact your brokerage leadership and request Brokerage Presentations. Note: Brokerage templates are separate from Brokerage Presentations.
How does "automatic syncing" work and what does it do?
MoxiPresent uses cloud technology to automatically sync between devices so you always have the most current version of your new or edited presentations, no matter which device you are using to view your account.
How long are my presentations stored for?
You can create an unlimited number of CMAs and presentations; we store them for as long as you subscribe to the product. You can manually delete or archive old CMA/Presentations as needed.
Are all web browsers supported?
Moxi Present supports the most popular web browsers including:
- Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) version 10 and newer
- Microsoft Edge
- Mozilla Firefox
- Google Chrome
- Safari
We recommend the latest version of Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox for the best performance. If you have IE version 9 or older we recommend upgrading at least to IE 10 or preferably to Microsoft Edge. Browsers running on Windows XP are no longer supported.
How can I stop the email address from disappearing when I try to email a presentation to someone?
Just click on the pop-up email address that appears below the field that you typed into. Clicking this gets the email address to stay in the field and allows you to send the presentation as expected.
Why did my recipient not receive the email containing my presentation?
The recipient's mailbox is likely recognizing the email as spam or junk. Have the recipient double-check to ensure that it is not in their spam folder. If the email is not there please contact support.
Listings/Comps/MLS FAQ
Why are there no images for a listing?
We see this happen from time to time due to data glitches either on the MLS side or in how we're processing the MLS data on our side. We're continuously working to further reduce issues on our side, but if you come across a listing missing images, please submit a Support request for a "resweep for images".
Please include this information in your request:
- the MLS the listing is part of
- the MLS Number of the listing
My MLS lets me search for listings in a neighboring MLS but I can’t in MoxiWorks. Why is that?
Usually, this is an MLS rules issue. Some MLSs have agreements in place that allow the display of each other's listings on their MLS sites, often those agreements do not apply to sites like MoxiPresent. The agreements typically only apply to sites that the MLS control, not sites that receive feeds from the MLS.
Why are my listings from Realtracs MLS not pulling into MoxiPresent?
MoxiPresent only recognizes listings from Realtracs MLS with the letters "RTC" in front. For example, instead of searching for "1234567", our system will identify the listing when you put "RTC1234567" into the search.
Why are my Hudson Gateway or OneKey listings not pulling into MoxiPresent?
Your ID for OneKey (or Hudson Gateway) MLS will need to have an "H" in front for our system to identify it. Instead of "12345", it should read "H-12345" with the dash in between.
Why doesn't my Side-by-Side Comparisons page show any data?
Your Side-by-Side Comparisons Page has a customization setting dictating which data points will appear. If none of these data points are turned on, the page only displays the comparable listings’ images. Turn the data points on in the Settings for your Side-by-Side Comparisons page.
Why do I see no listings for my area in my search?
The MLS you associated with your presentation does not have listings in the area you are searching for. If you search for properties in New York, but the MLS you associated with your presentation is from California you will not see any properties.
Why do I only see some listings in my search?
Your search filters are too stringent. Try starting with broad search filters and narrow the filters one-by-one until you see the results you are expecting.
Customizing Presentations FAQ
How do I save my presentation/CMA?
MoxiPresent always auto-saves when you switch between tabs.
What dimensions can a Custom MoxiPresent Banner be?
Presentations are responsive. The base width of a Presentation page is 1200px. The page size changes depending on the size screen the page is being viewed on:
- larger, we add margins to the left and right
- smaller, the page shrinks to fit the width of the screen
Why are my custom page edits not displaying in the PDF version of my presentation?
A PDF is a static document, it does not update like the web version does. The PDF remains the same as it was when the custom page was first created and saved in your presentation.
Why can't I view my presentation?
If the "View" button is grayed out and will not allow you to click on it your presentation likely doe not have any pages in it. To add pages view: Adding Pages from Your Library.
