You might have noticed that you or someone in your office is not showing up where you would expect them to on the Directory page of your MoxiWorks Brokerage Website. This article explains how people get assigned to tabs on the Directory page and where you make changes.
Office Directory Display Category
The Office Directory Display Category field determines which tab someone is found under in the Brokerage Website Directory.
The field can be updated in Roster for most people. However, if your information comes from a feed you need to change the field in the feed.
Anyone with the Office Directory Display Category of:
appears in the All Staff tab of the Directory.
People in the All Staff tab are listed alphabetically.
Anyone with the Office Directory Display Category of Agent appears in the All Agents tab of the Directory.
Agents are listed alphabetically.
Note: If you see a user in the All Staff tab named after your brokerage with no image, this is an account created by MoxiWorks to host your Brokerage Website. This user account cannot be edited in the feed or in Roster.
Profile Visible Online
If a user is missing from your Directory, check the Profile Visible Online field for that user. If this field is set to NO, the user will not show in your Directory.
Some companies have people marked as Staff in the Office Display Category automatically marked as not visible online.
