If you can see your Sold listing in Present, but not on your website it may be because your MLS has an IDX feed. 

Why this happens

On some boards, sold listings are not allowed to be shown on IDX sites. 

There are a number of  MLSs that either prohibit the public display of sold listings or limit the time frame in which sold listings can be displayed.  Your MLS may have one of these restrictions. 

What to do

Some MLSs do not allow sold information to be publicly shown, but this is not the only reason sold information might not be shown. This issue should be investigated by Support.
