When you set up your website for the first time, or when you log MoxiWorks account and select My Website, this is the screen you will see:

Here your most-used website tasks are still available, just in an easier-to-read format.  You'll be able to personalize your home page, set up which listings you would like displayed, and choose the style of your site.  Selecting any of the panels expands that panel to an explanation of what the function does and gives you options to learn more about the feature or start working on that feature.

In addition, from the redesigned dashboard you can now select a button to go to your website, create a new blog post, or create a new page.  Bringing these on the dashboard makes it more convenient to perform these frequent tasks.
