If you have access to MoxiEngage and MoxiImpress in your MoxiWorks account, your MoxiEngage contacts will sync to your MoxiImpress contact database. The sync of contacts runs every few minutes, however, there are a few reasons why some of your MoxiEngage contacts are not syncing to your MoxiImpress contacts.
Contacts are not synced from MoxiEngage to MoxiImpress if:
- The contact is marked as a collaborator or personal contact in MoxiEngage.
- Check if a contact is marked as a collaborator or personal by looking at the contact's profile in MoxiEngage to see if they are designated as a collaborator or personal. To edit the contact view: How do I uncategorize a non-client contact in MoxiEngage?
- The contact does not have a valid email address in the primary email address field (other email address fields are ignored).
- The contact's primary email address already exists in the user's MoxiImpress address book. This helps prevent duplicate entries.
