If you have access to Engage and Impress in your Moxi account, your MoxiEngage contacts will sync to your Impress contact database. The sync of contacts runs every few minutes, however, there are a few reasons why some of your Engage contacts are not syncing to your Impress contacts.
Contacts are not synced from Engage to Impress if:
- The contact is marked as a collaborator or personal contact in Engage
- You can check if a contact is marked as a collaborator or personal by looking up the contact in Engage under My People. Go to the contact's profile where you will be able to see if they are designated as a collaborator or personal. To unmark them as a collaborator or personal, select edit and remove that designation, then select done to save.
- The contact does not have a valid email address in the primary email address field (other email address fields are ignored)
- The contact's primary email address already exists in the user's Impress address book. This helps prevent duplicate entries
