To map an agent who is in QuickBooks, but marked as unmapped in MoxiBalance:
- Navigate to the Office the unmapped agent is in.
- Select Mapping under the QuickBooks menu option.
- Click Map next to Agents in the QuickBooks Setup section of the page.
- Use the Edit pencil icon next to the unmapped agent.
- Start typing the unmapped agent's name in the Agent Name field and select the name once you see it populate.
- Start typing the unmapped agent's name again in the Customer Name field, selecting it once you see it.
- Click Update once the Agent Name and Customer Name are filled in.
When you return to Mapping you see that the agent has been mapped.
