1. Create a G/L named: Merge 1099
2. Create a JE like the below image
a. Credit Merge 1099 lowers an Agents 1099
b. Debit Merge 1099 adds to an Agents 1099
c. Accounts Payable – set to 0.00 makes the JE and note show in vendor profile
3. Add Merge 1099 to the Box 1 Setup
4. You may also want to set the division if multi office
