If you are from Coldwell Banker, with Realogy, your MoxiWorks account information feeds from an external feed, you cannot directly edit your account in MoxiWorks.

To change your profile information within the core applications: 

• If you are an agent or staff within Coldwell Banker Realty you may: 
  • Update your profile information directly within My Profile in Desk or CBHomes Admin 
  • Ask your admin to make the change on your behalf in Trident
• If you are an agent or admin with a Coldwell Banker franchise company you may: 
  • Update your profile information directly within My Profile in Desk
  • Ask your admin to make the change on your behalf in Dash

Please note, MoxiWorks Support cannot access the external feed to edit your account. Please reach out to your office admin for further assistance.
