The MoxiEngage Dialer & Messenger powered by WAVV mimics your phone's text messaging capabilities and can be paid for by the agent through a subscription.

New Subscriptions

Brand new subscriptions include a three-day trial period where an agent can cancel anytime and not be charged.  On day four the agent's card on file will be charged for the full month's subscription package and any booster packs selected.  Thirty (30) days from the first day of usage and every 30 days after that, the agent will be charged for then be charged for that current month's subscription and any add-ons used.

Subscription Upgrades

When an agent upgrades to a new product subscription, they will instantly have access to the new product subscription features. The payment will be credited based on the number of days used on the prior subscription and prorated on the number of days left for the new subscription. The new amount will be reflected on the next billing date.

Subscription Downgrades

When an agent downgrades their subscription, the new price will not be reflected until the next billing cycle. For example:  If an agent has the SMS Pro subscription with thirteen (13) days remaining and decided to downgrade to the SMS Basic subscription, in thirteen (13) days the agent's card on file will be charged for SMS Basic subscription and the feature set will change to the SMS Basic subscription.

Subscription Cancellations

When an agent cancels their subscription, this cancellation will not reflect until the next billing cycle. For example: If an agent has the SMS Pro subscription with thirteen (13) days remaining and decided to cancel the subscription, the subscription will still be active for the remaining thirteen (13) days left in the billing cycle. The agent's card on file will not be charged again. 

Booster Packs

Booster packs can be purchased that the following rates:

• Dialer Booster Packs:
  • $6 for 100 minutes (default overage package)
  • $25 for 500 minutes 
  • $45 for 1000 minutes

• Messenger Booster Packs:
  • $5 for 100 minutes (default overage package)
  • $15 for 500 minutes 
  • $20 for 1000 minutes
