Yes, you can change the date of a campaign event for custom campaigns and for some pre-built campaigns.
To change the date of a campaign event:
- Click Campaigns in the main menu at the top of any page.
- Choose the campaign that contains the event you want to change.
- Click on Events if the list of events is not yet visible.
- Choose the event you want to change.
- Click on Delivery Options in the center column.
- Click on the calendar icon under Date to Send, then select the new date.
- Press the Save button when done.
Note: If there are insufficient funds when the campaign event attempts to send, add funds, then use the "Retry" button on the event that did not send in the "History" section of the campaign.
