To send a project using a Premium Email:
- Click Projects on the main menu at the top of any page.
- Select the project folder that contains the project to be sent.
- Choose the project to be sent.
- Click on the Email to Contacts icon.
- Select the Premium Email button.
- Click on Contacts to select individuals and/or groups to email the project to.
- Type a subject line for the email.
- To send the email right away, keep the default selection of Now (under "Schedule") and click the Next button.
- To schedule the mailing for a later date and time select the Schedule Delivery option. Select a future date and time for the mailing, and a date for when you receive the confirmation mailing which you use to confirm the mailing before it gets sent to the selected recipients. Click the Next button when you are done with the scheduling options.
- To send the email right away, keep the default selection of Now (under "Schedule") and click the Next button.
- Choose the options applicable to the type of project you are sending. Make your choices according to the instructions on the page and click the Next button.
- Review the details on the "Ready to Send!" page, then click the Schedule Email button to queue the message for delivery.
- Your recipients should receive a copy of the mailing within two hours, if you chose to send the message Now, or within two hours of the scheduled time for a scheduled delivery.
NOTE: If you are using an AOL or Yahoo! email address in your Marketing Center profile, most of the emails you send will not be delivered. You will want to change the email address in your profile to something other than an AOL or Yahoo! address.
