If your company or brokerage has chosen to allow listing info to be shared with agents in your office, or the entire company, the View Shared Listings button is in the left column when you view the Listings page in your account.

Note: Many brokerages have listing sharing disabled. If listing sharing is disabled you will not see the options related to sharing listing on your account. 

If your company/brokerage chose to have your listings not shared by default, or if you previously disabled sharing of your listings, you can enable the sharing via your Account Settings:

1. Click on your name in the upper-right corner of any page.
2. Select Account Settings.
3. Select the menu below Share listings within your organization and select Share my listings.
4. Click the Save button.

To stop sharing your listings navigate back to the option in Account Settings and select Don't share my listings.
