To make changes to your personal contact information:
- Click on your name in the upper-right of the page.
- Select Profile in the resulting menu.
- Edit your contact information. Note: You may be unable to edit some or all of your profile information in the Marketing Center directly depending on settings chosen by your company. If some or all profile/business fields are greyed-out and uneditable in the Marketing Center, you need to make the changes on your company site (the site where you find the login link to your Marketing Center account). To do so: log out of the Marketing Center, edit your contact information on your company intranet/agent site account, then log in back in to the Marketing Center. Your Marketing Center contact information will update to match the contact information on your company's intranet. If the changes are not applied to your Marketing Center account when you log back in, then the changes will apply overnight.
- Click the Save button when done.
The information is automatically included in your new design projects. Note: Changes made to profile fields apply to existing projects, as well as projects created in the future. You are given the opportunity to edit the information on a per-project basis while creating or editing projects.
