Project reports provide data about the number of projects, and type of projects, created during the specified reporting period.
Access the project reporting tools by clicking Projects in the left column of the admin tools, under Reporting:
Define the time period by using the three links available for quick selection of time ranges, or select specific dates:
- By default, the selected range is the previous full month, which is the same selection made when clicking Last Month.
- Last Thirty Days is for the previous 30 days, ending with and including today.
- Last 365 Days is for the last year, ending with and including today.
Use the menu labeled Choose Report to select a specific type of report:
Available project reports include:
- Project Count by Design Type - Shows how many projects were created of each design type (e.g. flyers) within the specified time period
- Project Count by Design Name - Shows how many projects were created with each specific design template (omits templates for which no projects were created during the specified period)
- Project Count by Design Name (Include designs with no projects) - Shows how many projects were created with each specific design template (includes templates for which zero projects were created during the specified period)
- Project Count by User - Shows the number of projects created by specific users within the selected time period
- Project Count by Account Plan - Shows how many projects were created by accounts within specific account plans, within the specified time period
- Project Count by Ref Code - Shows how many projects were created by accounts within specific Ref Codes, within the specified time period
- Project Count by Ref Code Prefix - Shows how many projects were created by accounts within specific Ref Codes that start with the string of characters you provide, within the specified time period (useful for reports for a region with ref codes that all start with the same string of characters)
- Project Count by State - Shows how many projects were created by accounts of users in specific states or provinces (U.S. and Canada)
You can further filter/limit the results of a report, by selecting or entering one of the parameters shown in this screenshot and described below:
The available reporting parameters are:
- Design Type: Restrict the report to a specific design type (e.g. "Flyer" or "Virtual Tour")
- Design Name: Restrict the report to a specific design template by ID (e.g. IMP_FLYER_001)
- Account Plan: Restrict the report to show only the activity of accounts within a specific Account Plan
- Ref Code: Restrict the report to show only the activity of accounts within a specific Ref Code
- Ref Codes Starting With: Restrict the report to show only the activity of accounts within a set of Ref Codes which all start with the same string of characters (E.g. Entering "R048" would include Ref Codes R048ASSOC, R048OWNER, R0480081ASSOC, R0480081OWNER etc.)
- State: Restrict the report to show only the activity of accounts of users who are in a specific state or province by entering the two-letter postal abbreviation for the U.S. state or Canadian province (e.g. WA or BC)
- User ID: Restrict the report to show only the activity of a specific account by entering the accounts User ID (UID.) Note that this must be the MoxiImpress UID, not the AutoLogin ID or Unique ID from your system.
Each of these reports also allows you to see more detailed information by clicking on a result.
