If you have a batch of agents who have left your company, use the Batch Unhost tool to have their hosted projects un-hosted (removed from the web).  The projects are retained in the user's accounts, but the hosted copies are removed from the web.

Use either the Autologin IDs (the users' IDs on your system) or the MoxiImpress User IDs (the users' IDs in our system).

To use the Batch Unhost tool:

1. Enter either the Autologin IDs or the User IDs separated by commas that you would like to un-host.
2. Select either Delete hostings for users with the following Autologin IDs (comma separated.) or Delete hostings for users with the following User IDs (comma separated.).
3. Select either Delete hostings excluding Realtor.com to remove all hosted projects except those posted to Realtor.com or Delete all hostings (includes Realtor.com) to remove all hosted projects including those posted to Realtor.com.
4. Click the Delete button:
   
   
   
   

Hosted copies of projects for the accounts you listed will removed from the web overnight (around 2:00 AM Pacific Time.)  The projects themselves will be retained so IDs that are selected in error or agents who return will not lose projects.
