If a MoxiWorks customer believes that a displayed boundary or ZIP code is factually inaccurate based on official records, they may submit a request for review. To do so, the customer must provide official supporting documentation, such as:

• USPS maps or ZIP code records
• Other official government boundary definitions or documentation

Once received, MoxiWorks will forward the provided materials to our data provider, Precisely, for their evaluation.

Please note the following:

• Precisely has its own internal criteria for evaluating and applying updates to boundary data.
• Submission of documentation does not guarantee that a change will be made, as any decisions to incorporate changes are at the sole discretion of the data provider. Precisely will not notify MoxiWorks regarding the result of an update request.
• MoxiWorks is unable to provide ongoing status updates regarding the request after submission.
