Getting Started: Websites Overview & Setup

Updating Your MoxiWebsite Settings to New DNS Values

  • Updated

As of July 15, 2025, any agent who has a custom domain that directs clients to their MoxiWorks-provided website will need to change their DNS values in the MoxiWebsites program.  Here's how to do that quickly and easily.

What Are the New Values?

As of July 15, 2025, the new values that you will need to provide to your custom domain provider are:

DNS Record Type – A

Name - @

Value - 44.225.49.198

How Do I Get These Values Changed?

Contact your custom domain provider (e.g. GoDaddy, Google Domains, etc.) and log into your account.  Navigate to the settings for your custom domain.  If you are unsure how to do this, your provider should have instructions on their support site to show you how to make these changes.   For your convenience, here are the URLs to some of the popular custom domain providers:

GoDaddy

Google Domains

Network Solutions

Once you have changed and saved the values there, you have successfully updated your DNS values to point to your MoxiWebsite.

What Happens If I Don't Change My DNS Settings by July 15, 2025?

After July 15, anyone using your custom website address will find your website inaccessible.  As your website is your digital business card, we encourage users to make this change.
