THE IMPRESS CREATIVE REQUEST FORM
To request a custom design, please fill out the Creative Intake Form.
Please be specific with the name. It will be what we use in Asana to track the project.
Example: Sally Smith Team Postcard Designs
You can attach the files directly to this request or you can give us a link to the files.
Please give us as much information you can about the project. The details will help inform the creation of the template(s) and we’ll make sure to pay special attention to what is requested.
– This is for the Sally Smith Team. We need to make sure that all titles fit.
– All headlines can be changed.
Who will be using this document? Is it for a specific team? If so, please make sure to include all team members and yourself if you will be testing.
Preferred Delivery Date
• Brochures, Flyers, Postcards & Social – 3 week minimum
• HTML & Video – 3 week minimum
*MoxiWorks MoxiImpress Creative Services Team commits to delivering a project with up to 10 templates for testing and review within 3 weeks of project submission. Projects with greater than 10 templates may require additional time. We will reach out to you to discuss if more time is needed. The timeline to complete your project will vary based on your testing feedback and any applicable change requests.
Once your project has been received by Asana, you’ll receive a confirmation on the webpage. If you’re uploading large documents, it can take time, so please be patient. If you do not receive the confirmation, please email me directly at firstname.lastname@example.org
You will receive an Asana request within 24 hours informing you that a quote is ready for approval.
You can do one of the following to find the quote:
- Look into the “My Task” link.
- Click on the folder to see the full project.
- Click on the “Reply in Asana” button from the email you received.
Actions you can take:
- Approve by clicking “Mark Complete.”
- Ask questions by leaving a comment in the text box.
Once you have approved the quote, we will start the project.
TESTING & DEPLOY
You will receive an email from Asana once your project is ready to test. You’ll be able to find it using the same three options as above.
You can do one of the following for testing:
- Give Feedback
- There will be jpgs attached. Click on them and you’ll be put into a “commenting” screen.
- If you need a change, go ahead and click where the fix is needed, leave a task. This will create separate sub-tasks for the design. As we complete the changes, we’ll mark them complete and you’ll be able to see they are done.
- If you do not need changes and this is ready to deploy, click “Mark Complete.”
- When you’re done, please do not assign the new tasks to anyone. My team will review and assign back to the appropriate person. If you have questions, please direct them to @EliseMattson in the “Comment” box.
- If you have marked the design complete, we will deploy it and you will get a notification that the “task” has been completed.
Please note: One round of design revisions is included in your project. Additional revision rounds are charged per hour with $150 minimum. You’ll receive a formal quote for approval if the charges for revisions exceed $150.
