When working with your buyers, an automated saved search email is a great way to keep them updated on the properties available that fit what they're looking for. With the Favs & Saves feature in MoxiEngage, you can create this search for them which will also automatically provide you with insight into their favorite properties, any changes they may make to the search criteria, and any additional searches they create!
Follow the steps below to see how to create a new Saved Search for your customer.
The Favs & Saves feature is only available for users that have both MoxiEngage and MoxiWebsites and have both been set up and running.

Creating a New Saved Search for an Engage Client
1. From your My People page, choose the client you wish to set up a search for (see below).
2. On the left of their profile, choose Favs & Saves (see below).
3. If the client does not have a Saved Search already created, you will have the option to create a new one as needed by clicking Create Search (see below).
If the client already has searches added to their account, you will see a list of all existing searches and can create new searches by clicking + Saved Search (see below).
4. Perform the desired search using the search options and filters (see below). This search function will be the same as the Custom Neighborhood News Search.
a. Location: Search using addresses, neighborhoods, or Zip Codes as needed.
b. Price: Set a minimum or maximum price limit.
c. Bed + Bath: Choose the bath and bedroom count for your listings.
d. Filters: Add additional filters such as listing status, listing features and more.
e. Map Seach: Search schools or draw your search area on the map.
5. Once you have added all your search parameters, select Email & Settings in the bottom right (see below).
6. Add a Search Title and confirm the Email Address and message as desired (see below).
7. Set the desired Email Frequency for the search and choose if you want an email to go out if "No New Listings" are present (see below). Depending on the market, sending an email indicating no new listings can be a good idea so your client knows what is available within their criteria.
8. Once you have set up the email as desired, select Save and Send (see below).
The Customer Experience
Once you've selected Save and Send your customer will receive their first email. It will prompt them to sign in to your agent website. If they do not have a login for your website, they will be asked to create a secure login with a username and password. This will allow them to create additional saved searches, adjust the search you just created for them, and favorite properties. It will also automatically connect their account to you as their agent so that you receive updated information on their choices.
Editing a Saved Search
You can view any saved search by selecting View (see below).
Make changes to any saved search by selecting Edit (see below).
Delete any saved search by selecting the Three Dots and choose Delete Search (see below).
Viewing Favorited Properties
As your customers review properties from saved searches they can keep track of their favorites by clicking on the heart icon for any property. You can see which properties they have favorited on the Favs tab. To view the property details, select the open icon (see below) and the full listing details will open on your agent website.
Favs and Saves will not send to the client if the client has not logged into their agent's website within 120 days. After 120 days, Favs and Saves stops sending to the client until they login to their agent's website.
