Why does the information I add to my account keep removing itself?
You have updated your information in MoxiWorks but when you went back to check on it, the information reverted to what it was previously.
Some brokerages use a data feed to supply MoxiWorks with all agent data which will overwrite any changes made within the MoxiWorks account itself.
In these cases, you will need to change your information on the feed your brokerage is sending MoxiWorks. Once the information is edited in the feed, you will see it update automatically in your Moxi account.
If you are not sure if your brokerage is using a feed, your office admin or help desk should be able to give you more information and help you update your account in the appropriate place.
