Why are my contacts missing information that is included in the CSV import file?
Situation:
You have imported contacts using a CSV file but some of the information from the file did not import to your system.
Answer:
Missing information from your import is usually caused by your CSV header not being correct. If the header is edited, incomplete, or not compatible with the system you are importing to, errors often occur.
To correct this issue, verify that the header information, Row 1, on your CSV file is compatible and not missing any information and then re-import the file once all issues have been corrected.
