Why are my active and pending transactions not in my GCI Goals?
You have listings in an active or pending status on the MLS but you are not seeing them in your GCI Goals Active and Pending section.
To see active and pending listings to appear in the GCI Goals Active and Pending section, the client must have a transaction added to their MoxiEngage profile card.
For example, if you have an active listing on the MLS for client Joe Smith, you will need to add a MoxiEngage Transaction to Joe Smith’s contact card in Engage using that MLS number.
If you do have a transaction added to the client’s profile card, verify that the listing details have been added by clicking on the Details tab as shown below.
If you are still not seeing your transaction, verify that your MLS Agent ID on the listing on the MLS matches what you have in your MoxiWorks account.
If you are still not seeing your transaction appear in your Goals after taking these steps, please feel free to contact our Support Team. They will need to know your listing's MLS Numbers and the MLS your listing is hosted with.
