Why did my import only pull in some of my contacts from my CSV import file?
You are importing your contacts via a CSV file but not all of your contacts imported or you received an error that your import is too large.
Sometimes, providers will limit the number of contacts you are able to import at one time. While this doesn’t happen often, Microsoft Exchange’s Office 365 web-based mail will sometime limit imports to 250 contacts at a time.
If you have an import that stopped at 250 contacts or you’re seeing a message that your import is too large, it’s likely your provider has limited your contact imports to 250 contacts at one time. In order to get the rest of your contacts to import, you will need to split your contact file and re-import.
