Why is there contact information displaying in the Notes field?
You have imported your contacts via a CSV file but some of the contact information is showing up in the notes section.
Sometimes, when importing contacts via a CSV file, the header, Row 1, of that file gets edited which causes the import to push contact information to the wrong location. All email providers require very specific templates for importing contacts to ensure that the right information imports to the correct location. If one part of the header is not correct, it can cause errors with the entire import.
To correct this issue, verify that the header information, Row 1, on your CSV file is compatible and not missing any information and then re-import the file once all issues have been corrected.
