Your people are connected with both your email and Moxi Engage; however, you may wish to remove some of them from Engage.  Follow the steps below to learn how to hide people from your Moxi Engage account.

 Removing People from Moxi Engage

1. Select the checkbox next to individual contact/s to activate the Remove button.
   
2. Select Remove to hide these contacts from Engage.
   
   Invalid:  Lead/contact was not possible to work. (example: The contact was filling out fake info to get additional features on the site)
   Cold: Lead/contact has ended communication or is no longer looking to enter the market
   Undesired: Lead/contact is not desired by the agent
   Other: Any other reason a lead/contact may be undesired by the agent
3. Select Remove.
   
   NOTE: Removing people from Engage will hide their associated transactions and deactivate all of their subscriptions, but will not delete them from your email contacts. You can recover removed people from the Managed Removed menu.
