MoxiWorks has extended the deadline for updating your website's DNS settings to August 08, 2019.
What do I need to do?
Contact the MoxiWorks support team by creating a DNS-specific support request. We will need to work with you to help ensure your website continues operating correctly.
Why is this change happening?
Customer satisfaction is a top priority at MoxiWorks. These updates will help to ensure continuity of service of the MoxiWorks products you use, and the ability to receive future updates we make to our products.
What is MoxiWorks doing to my website?
MoxiWorks will be adding the www. prefix to the beginning of your website’s domain.
There are many reasons why this should be done. The most important being that it ensures your website continues to be searchable online.
Is there anything I need to do?
Yes, there is. In addition to adding the www. prefix to your website, the MoxiWorks support team will also need to update the Domain Name Server (DNS) of your website. This update is required so your website can continue to support geo-specific operability.

When do I need to make the updates to my website?
No later than August 08, 2019. If you do not make these changes by this date, your website may experience a disruption of service and operability.
What will happen if I don’t update by August 08, 2019?
Your website will not show up on the internet. If someone tries to type in your URL, click a hyperlink to it, etc. an error message will appear where your website is supposed to be.
This update is time-sensitive. If we do not receive a ticket or call from you, a member from our customer support team will reach out to you directly to begin the update process.
