Getting Started: Sales Flow & Transactions

Deactivating vs Deleting a Transaction

  • Updated

There may be times when a transaction does not result in a successful closing. In these circumstances, you still want to track this information. If you have a transaction that has ended while it's in the Prospects, Actives, or Pending zones, you'll want to Deactivate it. It will be tracked as a lost transaction. MoxiEngage will then use this information to provide insight into if you will achieve the goal you set for yourself this calendar year.
