When you put someone into Moxi Talent, you will want to define what their performance. This will show what your recruit will bring to your brokerage!  

Note:  MoxiTalent is not applicable or is not allowed for all MLS associations.  Please check with your account manager/CSM to confirm if your MLS allows access to Talent data.  MoxiTalent only pulls from the PRIMARY MLS of the user's account who is using the product.

Setting a Recruits Performance

1. From your Talent Dashboard, you will see your Recruit Pipeline. Select which section of the Recruit Pipeline your person is in.
   
   
2. Select which person you would like to set the performance.
   
   
3. Select the Performance tab in this person profile.
   
   
4. Select Add Data.
   
   
   
   
5. Add in the data for this person, including their MLS number!
   
   
6. You can also search for an agent by name, by selecting Find Agent.
   
   
   
   
7. Once you add in the agent info, You will see the agent performance!
