When attempting to upload a custom page in a PDF format and it is resulting in either an error message or a blank page, run the file through the PDF Conversion tool by following the steps provided below:
1. Open the link provided below to go to the Online PDF-converter tool:
2. Follow the instructions and when you get to Step 3, click on the 'Select Files' option to choose your file saved on your computer.
3. Once you have selected your file, make sure you are converting the file to PDF and then select the 'Convert' option as you see in the screenshot provided:
The tool will convert the document into a PDF format that can then be added as a custom page to a listing presentation. The new file should not result in an error message or a blank page uploaded to your presentation.
4. The new file will download to your computer. Once it is finished downloading, save it to your computer as a new document to upload as a custom page in your CMA.
