Question: Why are there no images for a listing?
Situation: The images for the listing are on the MLS, but on Moxi Present, the images are not appearing. Instead, there is a generic image.
Solution: We see this happen from time to time due to data glitches either on the MLS side or in how we're processing the MLS data on our side. We're continuously working to further reduce issues on our side, but if you come across a listing that should have images but doesn't, please contact Support and request a "resweep for images".

We will need to know the following information to pull the images through:
- The MLS the listing is a part of
- The MLS Number for the Listing
