Question: Why can't I email the presentation?
Situation 1: You are all set to email the presentation, but every time you type the email address into the field, it disappears when you click into the next field.
Solution 1: You may just need to click on the pop-up email address that appears below the field that you typed into. Clicking this will get the email address to permanently stay in that field and allow you to send the presentation as expected.
Situation 2: It looks like the presentation was successfully sent, but it does not appear that it is actually arriving in the recipient's mailbox.
Solution 2: There are a few possibilities as to what may have happened here:
1. The presentation was sent successfully, but the recipient's mailbox is recognizing it as spam or junk. Have the recipient double check to ensure that it is not in their spam folder.
2. It is possible that something with the mail service that we use to send the presentations is down. In this case, please let our support team know so that we can implement a fix.
