Most MLS’s do not provide the offer of compensation information, either a commission percentage or flat fee, in the listing details to MoxiWorks.  However, as an agent you may still want to display the offer of compensation on the listing details page on your MoxiWebsite.  You can add this information to any Active or Pending listing by following the steps below.

An agent will be able to edit their offer of compensation only if their office or company allows it.

The offer of compensation field will not be displayed in NWMLS currently due to the MLSs nonparticipation in the NAR settlement agreement governing the display of this information within the MLS.

Go to your Account by selecting your headshot, or icon, in the upper right corner

Then, select My Account

Under the My Account menu, select Listings and Active & Pending.

Select the listing where you wish to edit the compensation.

Select the Pencil Icon to edit the listing.

Choose either Percentage (%) or Flat Rate ($) from the drop-down menu.

Then enter the commission value (example: For a 2.5% commission value, enter 2.5.  For a $5,000 flat rate commission value, enter 5,000). 

Select Save.
