There are times when an office administrator, broker, or team leader needs access to an agent’s MoxiWorks account to complete an action, update a record, or send out a marketing piece. Administrators can request access to an agent’s account by requesting access from the agent. Once the agent agrees, the administrator can switch into the agent account and act as the agent.
An upgrade to this permissioning grants administrators access to all accounts within an office. This feature must be enabled for a company by your Customer Success Manager, and the agent can withdraw your access to their account. Here’s how to enable the feature and enter agent accounts.

Select the arrow next to your profile icon and choose My Account. You will be taken to your My Account menu.
In the My Account menu, select Management Tools, Admin Access.
In the Admin Access screen, search for the office names you wish to enable access for and add to the Office Name list. Select the appropriate offices and select Enable Office for each. You will be asked to Enable Admin Access.
You can disable this access for any office at any time.
Now that access has been granted, you can access any enabled account within that office.
An agent must have accepted the Terms of Service for their MoxiWorks account for an office administrator to have access.
Accessing an Agent Account
While still in your My Account menu, select My Account, Account Settings, Account Access.
In the Account Access menu, select Manage in the Other Account Access menu.
Choose the office you wish to have access to.
In your MoxiWorks account, select the arrow next to your profile icon and choose Switch User.
To switch to another office, you will need to repeat this procedure.
Enter the agent's name into the search box and select the agent to enter their account. The account picture in the top left corner will have the agent’s picture overlaid with your picture.
To return to your account, select the arrow next to the dual profile icon and choose Switch User. Choose your profile under Switch back to.
You are now in your account.
How an Agent Can Remove Administrator Access
If an agent wishes to remove your access to their account, in their My Account they select Account Settings, Account Access. Under My Account Access, select the Remove button from the person who they wish to no longer access their account.
