Creating Emails and Campaigns in MoxiEngage

  • Updated

MoxiEngage provides multiple emails and campaigns by default for agents to use, at the discretion of their brokerage.  Engage also allows for agents to create their own emails and campaigns, giving them a powerful tool to reach their clients with custom content, local information, and targeted messaging delivered when the client will be most receptive to receiving them.

Here's how an agent can create their own emails and campaigns.

Preparing for Your Emails and Campaigns

The foundation for a successful campaign is planning.  Before you create one email, map out your emails and campaigns. This will give you an outline to follow when you begin creation.  Some of the items you should consider are:

  • How many emails will be in the campaign?
  • How will you sequence the emails and what story are they going to tell?
  • What will each email say?
  • How will they promote your business?
  • What audience are you trying to reach?

Creating an Email

As an agent, you do not have permission to create a new email.  The secret to creating a custom email as an agent is to repurpose an existing email.  Using one of the emails that your brokerage has made available to you, you can change most everything about the email while keeping the original intact.

In Engage, select Campaigns.

If your company uses ActivePipe, you will not have access to Engage Campaigns.  ActivePipe has the same capabilities in creating drip campaigns with an easy-to-use interface.

On your Campaigns toolbar, select My Emails.

Select the email you wish to repurpose.  Selecting the three dots next to the email name, choose Duplicate.  The email will be duplicated with the same name followed by Copy 1.

If you do not have an email in your My Emails, please refer to the steps in this article to add emails to your My Emails list.  If there are no emails to add, please speak with your brokerage administrative staff to make emails available to agent My Emails.
