MoxiImpress is renown for its ability to make your listing marketing effortless. Whether you wish to market to your own sphere or via the Facebook or Google Ad networks, in just a few clicks of a mouse, you can distribute listing marketing pieces.
Recently Impress has been improved for a co-agent or a team. While you have been able to add a co-agent on a listing-by-listing basis, a new feature in the program has an area to add a co-listing agent on a permanent basis. If you are part of a team, Impress can now feature that team on all your pieces.
Impress also allowed an agent to customize their profile information on a project-by-project basis. An additional improvement is to allow an agent to customize their profile to display on all Impress projects.
Please note that these new features are not turned on by default for Impress customers. To implement them, please refer to the Turning on Co-Agent and Team Support section of this article.
Here’s how to customize your agent profile and permanently add a co-listing agent or team.
Turning on Co-Agent and Team Support
Agent Profile
On your Impress page, select the arrow beside your profile picture and choose Profile from the menu that appears.
On the Profile page, select Agent.
On that page will be fields you can enter your customized information. This information will appear on all your Impress property marketing. You can add custom text, photos, and personal logos. When finished, select the Save button.
Co-Agent Profile
If you frequently co-list with another agent, Impress gives you an area to list that person’s information for display on your Impress listing marketing.
On the Profile page, select Co-Agent.
Like the Agent page, you can add your co-listing agent’s information, designations, upload a picture, the co-agent’s logo, and the company’s logo.
If you use a different co-agent for a listing, this information can be changed on the individual marketing piece.
Team Member Information
The Team page in Impress gives the team’s information no matter whose listing it is. Any member of a team can apply this to his or her profile. We suggest you speak with your team leader on how they would like you to apply this information to your profile.
On the Profile page, select Team.
On the page enter your fellow team members, the team photo, and any team social media links.
Information for the agent, co-agent, and team can be edited for specific marketing pieces on the Contact step of the editing workflow.
Automation Packages
Agents will also have the choice of Automation Packages for the Agent, Co-Agent, and Teams profiles.
Select Automation Settings under your Profile.
Choose which Marketing package you want to apply to your Marketing piece.
Turning on Co-Agent and Team Support
If you would like to enable co-agent and team support for your account, please contact your Customer Success Manager. They will work directly with the Creative Team to implement.
The Creative Team will deploy the designs on a date agreed upon with the client. From that date forward, all new designs will have the capability to include co-agent or team profiles. Additionally, agent choice automation will be available, allowing the co-agent and team information to be integrated into the automated templates.
This change will be made on a company basis. The company will be responsible for communicating with agents to fill in the co-agent and team profiles as MoxiWorks will be working on live designs in user accounts.
Once the new designs are deployed, any manually entered data in the previous designs will be lost. However, if the corresponding profile is filled out, the design will retain its previous state.
