Expectations for us:
- Expect to hear back from our team promptly via email within one business day, excluding weekends.
- Stay informed with weekly updates on the progress of your implementation from our team.
- Rest assured, our team is dedicated to supporting you to the fullest extent possible. We're more than happy to arrange additional meetings during the onboarding process as needed.
- To make things convenient for you, we'll supply all Zoom meeting links and ensure punctuality for our scheduled meetings.
- We're committed to empowering you with the knowledge to effectively use and manage our products within your brokerage. However, please note that we won't create content on your behalf.
Expectations for you:
- Complete all necessary deliverables requested for your product setup promptly. This includes items such as branding assets, MLS forms, Engage credential forms, rosters, and more.
- If you are unable to attend any of our scheduled meetings, please notify us at least an hour in advance. Feel free to utilize the provided reschedule link in our meeting invites for any adjustments.
- While our team will provide comprehensive training on your new tools, it’s your responsibility to create and customize any desired content within them. - Your Onboarding PM will be frequently communicating with you via email during the Onboarding process. We ask that you respond promptly to avoid any delays or missed communications during the onboarding process.
- Your brokerage leadership team is the liaison between Moxi and your agents. Your role is to actively advocate and continue championing your new Moxi tools to their agents.
