Onboarding Customer Journey and Timeline
We're excited to embark on this journey with you! Once we've wrapped up our kickoff call and received all the necessary deliverables, our team will get started creating your accounts and uploading your branding. Now, when it comes to the whole onboarding process, you're looking at a timeframe of about 6 to 12 weeks in total. This range includes the implementation timeline. Of course, the exact duration can vary depending on factors like the number of products you're getting on board with and how quickly we can collaborate together with your dedicated Project Manager.
The Implementation Timeline
Kick Off Call: (First Week/Week 0)
Meet your Onboarding Project Manager to begin your new journey with Moxiworks. Help us understand your WHY for purchasing Moxi, and how we can tailor your product experience based on your goals. Your insights will guide us in crafting a tailored solution that truly resonates with your vision and aspirations.
Implementation: (+ 2-4 Weeks)
Implementation begins, Onboarding PM will communicate with the client to complete technical setup items, branding, and MLS approval.
Admin Access – Your new Moxi tools are configured and ready to review. Meet with your Onboarding PM to get an exclusive sneak peek at your products before anyone else, refine your objectives, and schedule admin workshop trainings.
Content Development/Admin Workshops: (+1-4 weeks *varies based on products purchased*)
Your Onboarding PM will lead sessions with your admin team to prepare you for the agent launch. Each admin workshop is customized to your brokerage's specific needs and goals.
Agent Access/Launch: (+1-4 weeks *varies based on products purchased*)
Our MoxiWorks Education Department will host live sessions via Zoom to get your agents started with their new technology tools!
Adoption: (after agent launch)
